Inkblot Foundations Inc is an IRS 501(c)(3) non profit that was developed based on a glaring need that is apparent in how employers protect the American worker. Safety standards and the acknowledgement of the existence of standards should be the bare minimum for complying with federal acts. Many employers are unaware, uninformed, or blatantly negligent with remaining compliant with the federal and state agencies that are positioned to protect the lives of the American worker. Many employees are also unaware, untrained, or intimidated/discouraged with the intimacies of these laws and their rights of voicing safety issues. By bridging the gap between awareness and compliance we are certain we can collaboratively prevent workplace fatalities and injuries.
