Inkblot will host a series called “Capped in America”. This will be dedicated to announcing the organizations that have been publicly accused of misconduct resulting in OSHA fines. It’s important that offenders of workers rights and especially repeat offenders are identified. When the american worker is actively seeking employment, they should be made aware of organizations that practice adequate safety and adversely don’t practice adequate safety. These organizations should be encouraged by their peers and potential employees alike to get their workplaces above standard.
Believe it or not, there are organizations operating today that totally neglect workers rights to a safe workplace and uses intimidation (workplace violence) as a means to dissuade employees from complaining. As advanced as our workplaces have become, management philosophy has generally remained consistent. Arguably the most difficult group to change their habits are the executive administrators of organizations. In order for workplaces to continue to positively progress towards a safety first environment, a top down approach must remain transparent and consistent.
Inkblot is developing a series entitled, “Whistleblower without a Pause”. The series will embody the real life journey of a whistleblower and their path to workplace fairness and justice.
