Inkblot will use outreach programs as a means of educating populations that may not have direct access to the resources made available from the primary policy makers, regulatory agencies or enforcement entities. By focusing on general industry and facility management training, we believe we will be able to access the majority of America’s working population. It is critical that the American worker knows their rights, understands basic concepts and best practices of occupational safety and health, which will enable them to recognize workplace hazards and prevent illnesses and injuries in the workplace. It is equally critical that employers recognize their responsibilities towards providing a safe workplace and how this will be a direct parallel to more productivity and efficiency.
Providing outreach services requires hands on subject matter knowledge, the ability to interpret and deliver accurate information, and a willingness supported by substantial initiative to reach the underrepresented community.
